Watson Museum, Rajkot

The Watson Museum is located centrally in Jubilee Gardens in the Memorial Institute Buildings and commemorates the life and times of Colonel John Watson.
The display at the museum inaugurated in 1888, includes silverware, pieces of Mohenjodaro artifacts, carvings from 13th century, exhibits of natural history, textiles, handicrafts, pottery, princely relics and a huge marble statue of Queen Victoria.
The museum remains closed on Sundays and other Public Holidays.
