Farsi Puri
Ingredients:

wheat flour 250 gms, Ajawine crushed  1 tea-spoon, Whole jeera 1 tea spoon, black pepper crushed 1 teaspoon, salt to taste, oil.

 
Method:
 
Make dough of whet flour adding  salt , oil and ajawine whole jera crushed black pepper.

Dont make it loose ( leave for  half an hour )

Make small puris. Deep fry. Take out in dish.

let it get cool. You can store in a jar

Enjoy Farsi puri with  a cup of tea.
